Naples art festivals and the winter arts season

The outdoor art fairs in Cambier Park and Bonita Springs, with 2027 dates, admission and parking, plus what's on at Artis—Naples and The Naples Players this season.

The Naples Retreat, a private pool home in north Naples — The Naples Retreat, our private pool home in north Naples.

From January to April, downtown Naples fills with white artist tents. Most of the big fairs are run by Naples Art (the Naples Art Institute) in Cambier Park, a block south of Fifth Avenue South. Arts Bonita runs three more in Bonita Springs. Indoors, the Naples Philharmonic, The Baker Museum and The Naples Players run full seasons through spring. Dates below were checked in October 2026.

Naples National Art Fair

The big one. The 2027 show is the 48th, and it's the only Naples Art fair that runs three days. Naples Art hadn't posted hours when we checked. Its other Cambier Park fairs run 10 am–5 pm, so plan on something similar and confirm closer to the date.

Naples Downtown Art Fair

The 39th edition, with more than 200 exhibitors. You may still see it called the Downtown Naples Festival of the Arts or the Downtown Art Show. For years it ran down the middle of Fifth Avenue South. Naples Art now lists it in Cambier Park, a block away, so lunch on Fifth Avenue is still an easy walk.

Naples New Year's Art Fair

The 31st edition, the first fair of the year. It's a good fit if you're in town over the holidays.

Art in the Park

Smaller one-day Saturday shows from Naples Art. Hours and admission weren't posted, so call 239-262-6517 before you go. Cambier Park also hosts the separate Naples Artcrafters fine art and craft fair on some Saturdays in season.

Bonita Springs National Art Festival

Arts Bonita runs three weekend shows along the Imperial River in old downtown Bonita Springs. The January 2026 show drew about 20,000 people over two days and ran 10 am–4 pm. The 2027 dates come from festival listings; Arts Bonita's own site didn't show them when we checked, so confirm at artsbonita.org. Gate donations support arts programs for children.

Parking for the Cambier Park fairs

The city says parking for Cambier Park shows is free in the public garage next to the park, at 8th Street South and 6th Avenue South.
That garage fills fast on National Art Fair weekend. Arrive before 10 am, or try the other free city garage at 4th Avenue South and 8th Street South.
Beach-area street meters nearby are not free, so read the signs.

The indoor season: Artis—Naples

Artis—Naples is home to the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum. The 2026–27 season includes all nine Beethoven symphonies over two weeks, conducted by music director Alexander Shelley. It also brings Yo-Yo Ma, Audra McDonald, Itzhak Perlman, the Cleveland Orchestra and the London Symphony Orchestra, plus a Broadway series with Hamilton. The Baker Museum is open Tuesday to Saturday 10 am–4 pm and Sunday noon–4 pm. It makes a good rainy-morning stop. Check artisnaples.org for concert dates and tickets, which sell out for the biggest names.

Theater: The Naples Players

Naples' community theater, on Fifth Avenue South. Winter and spring 2027 shows include Murder on the Orient Express (Jan 13–Feb 14), The Glass Menagerie (Feb 3–Mar 7), Hello, Dolly! (Mar 10–Apr 11), Constellations (Mar 31–May 2) and The Book of Will (May 5–23). Come From Away runs Nov 18–Dec 20, 2026. Tickets are at naplesplayers.org.

Tips for festival day

Go Saturday morning for the best choice, or late Sunday when some artists will talk price.
Bring cash for the gate donation, plus water, a hat and sunscreen. There's little shade between the booths.
Most artists ship. Ask before you carry a large piece to the car.
February and March are peak season in Naples. Book dinner reservations downtown ahead of time.
With a big group, take two cars and agree on a meeting spot. The crowds make it easy to lose people.
