Overall this was a perfect Airbnb. Great location and great host. Had all the amenities and toys that you could think of to have a great weekend. Look forward to another stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The outdoor areas and the pool were perfect for relaxing. The house is comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Had a wonderful stay that accommodated 12 of us plus 2 children. There were so many of us and it never felt crowded. We loved the BBQ area, the pool, and the pickleball court. Used everything as much as we could. Would definitely go back!

We had a fantastic stay! Our group included two families with five teenage kids, and the house was perfect for all of us. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The pool was a huge hit, and the pickleball court kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the home was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The host also thoughtfully provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for everyone, which made our trips to the beach so easy and enjoyable. The location was excellent—we especially enjoyed visiting Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, which was just a short drive away and has a beautiful beach. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to families or larger groups looking for a fun and relaxing getaway in Naples!

We had an amazing stay, the house was extremely clean and comfortable, the backyard and pool is your own private resort. The owners responded immediately to any questions we had about the property and ensured we had a great stay from start to finish. We are looking forward to returning in the future!

We rented the house, and it exceeded all our expectations. Very beautiful, spacious, perfectly clean. The grounds are simply wonderful: a swimming pool, a barbecue area, and plenty of space for children to play. The house had everything you need for a comfortable life. My friends and I were delighted! Special thanks to the host: a very nice, responsive person!

Place was great, pool felt like hot tub water. We didn't have enough towels, but he had some delivered for us. Patio and grille area was awesome.

We had a truly wonderful weekend at the villa. The outdoor space is absolutely fabulous — the pool, the tennis/pickleball court, and all the space for the kids to play basketball and soccer made it incredibly enjoyable for the whole family. The house is very comfortable and exactly as described, and the setting is peaceful and relaxing. The host was also extremely proactive, which we really appreciated. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed here for 7 days and had an absolutely amazing experience. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like a luxury getaway. The outdoor space was a highlight—plenty of seating, a great pool setup, and the pickleball court was a huge bonus that we honestly used nonstop. The host was exceptional—responsive, respectful, and proactive throughout our stay. The home was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made packing so much easier than expected. The location is safe and gorgeous. While restaurants and beaches are about a 10–20 minute drive depending on traffic, it was well worth it. Vanderbilt Beach was a standout memory for us. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely come back!

Our family had a fantastic stay. The property is fun, private, and ideally located near local amenities. We had 4 adults and 3 young kids, and there was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The home features elevated upgrades throughout, which really enhanced the experience. The kids especially loved the pool and the outdoor space. The pool and outdoor entertaining area are a standout, with all the bells and whistles. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Overall great stay for our three families. The outdoor area is truly the differentiator - we spent all of our time out there! Our host was in frequent communication with us and responsive to all requests. We would absolutely visit again.

This is a GREAT place to stay with kids. We had two families (3 boys a piece), and they had a blast swimming (pool is great for young toddlers), playing basketball, and pickleball. Icing on the cake was watching March Madness from the pool bar area. The place was so fun my youngest came in crying the night before we left saying he doesn't want to go home. Lots of restaurants are within 10 min drive, yet you have a big private property to play tunes and let the kids run without worrying about neighbors. We would definitely book this place again.

Fantastic house: spent the weekend with a group and felt like we never needed to leave there was so much to like/do on the property. The outdoor space was particularly wonderful: a beautiful pool/spa and all the room to play sports and hang out and grill. Very short drive to shops/groceries (5 min) and a pretty quick drive to the beach as well (15-20 min). Already want to go back.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. It's rare to find a property that truly offers all-in-one amenities, and this place exceeded expectations. The outdoor space is exceptional, featuring a pickleball court, basketball court, pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area, and a fire pit, perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. Inside, the home is just as impressive, with an indoor game room, a spacious and comfortable living room, and a large dining table ideal for group meals. The kitchen is very accessible, thoughtfully laid out, and offers plenty of counter space for meal prep, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. On top of that, the host was outstanding, extremely responsive, proactive, and attentive throughout our stay. This is a truly special property, and we would absolutely stay here again.

We were absolutely thrilled that we chose this place. The moment we walked in, our first reaction was, “Wow!” Everything was stunning — the design details, the warm and cozy atmosphere, and the beautiful view of the pool and outdoor kitchen. The home feels incredibly welcoming and thoughtfully put together. There are so many things to enjoy inside and outside the house — plenty of board games, outdoor games, and activities to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were absolutely gorgeous, and the mattresses were unbelievably comfortable — just like in a five-star hotel. The bathrooms were spotless and beautifully maintained.

The house was absolutely beautiful, with super nice décor and a very cozy, welcoming atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and more — the kitchen was extremely well equipped, there was an abundance of towels and essential items, and the bathrooms were very comfortable and fully stocked. The primary bedroom was incredibly spacious, and all the beds and mattresses were very comfortable. There were so many activities to enjoy around the property: the pool, games, and inflatables kept everyone entertained. We especially loved the pickleball court and the swings, and the kids had the best time at the playground. The house is truly very family-friendly and perfect for groups.

Would definitely recommend staying here. Excellent location, quiet and private. Amazing amenities, especially good for kids with a small playground, soccer nets, pickleball court, pool, and game room. Very clean and good for large families. The host was very friendly and responsive. Loved being close to restaurants, and there is a long sidewalk along the street which I felt safe walking on. Thank you for a great stay!

The place was incredible. Fantastic stay and look forward to coming back next year. From the Tesla charger to the pickle ball courts to the pool/hot-tub, I could not say more about how perfect this worked for us. Four adults / five kids who could not have been more entertained. The location was close to multiple sports fields for a local lacrosse tournament. The host was responsive and always happy to help.
